These Terms govern your use of the Systems Blueprint audit and related content provided by AM Automations Unlimited LLC ("we," "us"), a Florida limited liability company based in Miami, Florida. By using this site, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
The audit and blueprint provide a business-systems self-assessment for informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional business, legal, or financial advice. Results reflect your own answers — actual results from implementing any system will vary.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By submitting your information, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Communications
By submitting your email, you consent to receive your blueprint and follow-up resources via email. The Gennady M.C. SMS program sends consent-based messages about Systems Audit results, founder systems, Academy Systems Blueprint updates, and transactional confirmations, reminders, reschedules, cancellations, and support for booked appointments. Where you separately check the optional consent box, you agree to receive calls and text messages from AM Automations Unlimited LLC, operating as Gennady M.C., including using automated or AI-assisted technology, at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time or HELP for help. You may also contact us using the email address or phone number below. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect personal information and SMS opt-in data.
No Guarantee of Results
The blueprint is for educational and informational purposes. We make no guarantee of specific business outcomes, revenue, or savings from implementing any recommended system. Results depend on your implementation, market, and many factors outside our control.
Intellectual Property
All audit content, designs, and blueprint frameworks are owned by AM Automations Unlimited LLC or its licensors. Your blueprint is provided for your personal use only; you may not resell or redistribute it.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE AUDIT, BLUEPRINT, OR FOLLOW-UP COMMUNICATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AM AUTOMATIONS UNLIMITED LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, after a 30-day informal resolution period.
